Better Communities Owners’ Association Management (BCOAM) and MMJS Consulting (MMJS) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a strategic partnership, combining jointly owned property management with tax consulting expertise to boost client confidence and ensure that tax-related requirements of communities are proactively managed.


BCOAM appreciates the critical role of expert advice, especially in complying with Federal Tax Authority mandates. This long-term partnership will make sure that every aspect of business and community management operations are in line with government directives. In addition, BCOAM and MMJS will work together to incorporate community management technology solutions, such as accounting reports and processes that are fully compliant with FTA regulations.
